What is alignment...
The most fun and happy you’ve ever felt, but naturally! Truly aligned life is so different for everyone and often we can think there is one ideal type of lifestyle that is ‘healthy’! We can unintentionally train our bodies to go against our natural instincts - with work hours, foods, drinks, socialising, movement, environment and even rest...just by trying to fit in or please others!
Sometimes you can feel depleted and exhausted from too little stimulation! It isn’t always that if you feel tired you need to go slower…it can be that the tiredness is trying to guide you to the well of energy your body has reserved for what truly lights you up, after over giving to the wrong avenues for too long!
Every soul has their own unique internal battery needs for charging! Our physical bodies carry so much energetically and reflect how full or empty our aura feels. Our capacity for healing is SO much bigger than we’ve ever known! Illness, social anxiety and body image/confidence issues can actually just be a big internal battery misalignment!
If you are someone needs connection and talking to thrive but have been convinced that zero screen time and silent retreat is your 'healthy'…your brain is literally screeching in panic! For any two people true alignment is so wildly different, even when you are really close to those friends, family or partner etc! We are never one thing all of the time either and when we are in alignment we flow like the waves!
